We're confident that you'll be delighted with your Bobo's purchase. We are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality product, and feeding you like we feed our own family.  Every product purchased from our website is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price if you notify us within 14 days of order delivery. It's that simple.


How To Submit A Replacement Or Refund Request

Please email us at info@eatbobos.com and include the following information in your email:

  • Subject line: Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Order number and full name
  • Item you are unsatisfied with and reason
  • Preference of replacement or refund

Our Customer Service team will contact you via email within 3 business days regarding next steps. 

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, our warehouse cannot process returns and exchanges at this time. If you do not wish to eat your Bobo's snacks, please give the items away, donate to a local food bank, or dispose of them.
